Periodic Table of Elements Project (PTEP)
This project uses "foldables" to create our own periodic table of elements for our classroom. Each students was assigned an element to research (note: all reasearch has been provided to all students). Some of this project is to be completed at home. Below are links to great resources for you to use in creating your PTEP. Some of this project is to be completed at home. The Pictures "format1 & format2" are examples of what they may look like. Students MAY start reasearching early, but place information on a different peice of paper. Some items students will have to research are: Atomic Number, Atomic weight, melting point, boiling point, properties, history of the element, and history of the Periodic Table of Elements.
